• Domestics shipping is done free of cost. Domestic shipping transit time is based on location varying from  2-7 business days. 
• homehealthcare365 doesn't deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

homehealthcare365.com focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the product provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the product description before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.   

In case of from our product, customer have the liberty to cancel the purchased product and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Request received for cancellation within the day of product purchased will be taken, the next day not taken for the cancellation of product.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our customers.  

In case our product is damaged while delivery, we can provide a refund or we will exchange the product.  

After the delivery of product successfully, there is no refund.  

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Refund of amount within 5 - 7 business days
